Frequently asked
questions

Didn't find the answer to your question?

AGC does not manufacture or sell AdBlue®/DEF fluid. We design, supply, install and commission turnkey AdBlue® plants for our clients — oil companies, fleet operators and private investors — who then operate the plant and produce their own fluid.

No. Alongside AdBlue® and AUS 40 plants, AGC also designs and installs standalone water & sewage treatment plants, and offers consulting services for businesses evaluating a plant investment without committing to a full turnkey build.

AdBlue® (AUS 32) is the diesel exhaust fluid used in automotive and commercial vehicle SCR systems. AUS 40 is a higher-concentration urea solution used in marine SCR systems to meet IMO emission standards.

Yes, we have the capacity and resources to manage projects of any size, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.

Feasibility studies, site assessment, regulatory compliance guidance (VDA for AdBlue®, ISO 18611 for AUS 40), and technology/equipment selection support — for businesses that want expert direction before committing to a full plant investment.

Yes. We build AdBlue® (VDA-licensed) and AUS 40 (ISO 18611-compliant) plants from 10,000 litres per day for first-time investors up to 300+ KLD for national oil companies — the same rigorous engineering and equipment standard applies at every scale.

  • A complete ecosystem: plant design and engineering, internationally partnered equipment, water treatment and de-mineralisation systems, storage and dispensing infrastructure, compliance licensing and audit (VDA for AdBlue®, ISO 18611 for AUS 40), urea supply-chain support, and staff training — delivered as one project, start to finish.

VDA is the German automotive industry association standard governing AdBlue® quality and production compliance. AGC holds a global VDA license with audit authority, meaning every AdBlue® plant we commission meets the same compliance standard used by oil majors and is protected against the quality risks of substandard, non-compliant producers.

AUS 40 is governed by ISO 18611, the international standard for marine NOx reduction agent. It's the marine equivalent of ISO 22241, which governs automotive AdBlue® — VDA licensing applies specifically to AdBlue® and does not cover AUS 40.

Fill out the form on our Contact page, selecting which offering you're interested in — AdBlue® Plant, AUS 40 Plant, Water & Sewage Treatment, or Consulting Services — and our team will respond directly.
